Standard Products: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Custom Orders (e.g. 3D Pet Portraits): These are handcrafted with care and take 5 to 30 business days to complete before shipping.

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

If the package is confirmed lost, we are happy to remake your order. A flat shipping fee of $60 will apply for reshipment.
