We value your satisfaction. This refund policy applies to custom services offered on our website, including custom pet portraits and other digital or design-based products.
✅ （Refundable Scenarios）
We will offer a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
You cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and the design process has not started.
We are unable to fulfill the service due to technical or scheduling reasons.
You received the wrong product or service due to a system error.
To request a refund, please email us at [your email address] within 5 days of your order.
❌ （Non-Refundable Scenarios）
Please understand that due to the personalized nature of our services, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
Work on your custom pet portrait has already started or been completed.
You are dissatisfied due to personal artistic preferences after the artwork has been delivered.
You fail to respond to revision requests or communication for more than 7 days.

🔁 （Revisions & Remake Policy）
While we do not offer full refunds after the artwork is started, we do offer free minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, background tweaks). If you are truly unhappy with the final result:
You may request a redraw/remake of your pet portrait for a special discounted fee.
Shipping for remade products will incur a flat $60 fee.
💡 （Digital Product Refunds）
Once a digital file has been sent or downloaded, it is considered delivered and non-refundable. Please contact us within 5 days if you experience any file errors.
